Charges against Teron Perry were dismissed after the prosecution was unable to locate witnesses.
Perry was on trial for kidnapping, home invasion and domestic battery involving bodily harm. Other lesser charges were also dropped.
Perry allegedly broke into a woman’s apartment and kidnapped her back in August.
Charges against Perry may be refiled at a later date.
