Over the weekend, a Tuscola man was sentenced to prison for sexually assaulting a child he had been babysitting. Clyde Kearns entered a guilty plea and will be charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
He was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Kearns would have faced a mandatory life sentence had a plea bargain not been made.
