The brother of the man who died after being shot at the Decatur Inn was arrested on Friday.
20-year-old Avery Drake has not been charged with the shooting, but rather obstruction of justice in connection with the death of Jayson Goodbred. Witnesses recount that four people were inside the room at the time Goodbred was shot, including Drake, Goodbred and two others.
Police claim that Drake gave false information after stating he did not see how the shooting happened.
