A Champaign teenager was hospitalized over the weekend after being shot in the arm. The injury is reportedly non-life threatening.
According to the victim, he was walking with several people when they were approached by an SUV that then fired a shot at the group. No other injuries were reported from the incident.
Police believe the group was targeted rather than it being a random drive-by.
