A woman from Tolono is facing a maximum sentence of seven years after harming an infant.
Michele Reed was arrested back in October of 2017 for the aggravated battery of a 6-month-old. She also allegedly caused the child a brain injury just four days prior.
She took a plea deal that set her sentence at seven year. Reed maintains her innocence. Her sentencing is scheduled for January 13th.
