The Clinton Police Department are currently investigating the death of 10-year-old Rosie Osorio. Friday night, first responders were called to an address with a report of an unresponsive child. Osorio was pronounce dead just before 11 p.m. on Friday night at Warner Hospital.
Clinton Police, as well as the Illinois State Police and the coroner’s office, are investigating.
