A man from Decatur is facing charges after police arrived to a report of a fight and then noticed a man throwing away a syringe. The man who threw it away was confronted by police and notified them that it was given to him by a man sitting nearby in a truck.
Police then searched the truck where they found nearly 30 grams of meth. Colton Leevy then admitted to the drugs being his, but stated it was for personal use.
He has been charged with delivery of meth.
