Two drug dealers from Decatur will face charges after a controlled purchase by DPD Street Crimes Unit. An officer was put in contact with Deandri Burton who directed that officer to an intersection to meet his associate, Robert Gray.
Gray arrived and sold the detective more than two ounces of crack cocaine, which was recorded on video with audio. Upon leaving the transaction, the detective contacted Burton to make sure the payment was sufficient.
Burton will face two charges of manufacture/delivery of cocaine and possession of a weapon by a felon. Roberts is facing a charge of controlled substance trafficking and illegal possession of 15 or more grams of cocaine.
