A Decatur man has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse after an evidence swab identified Marcus Ferguson as the perpetrator from the incident which happened in December of 2018.
A 16-year-old was in the car with Ferguson, who is 25, and after smoking marijuana the two returned to his house.
Once there, the two went to his basement where he proceeded to turn on the lights and sexually assault the victim.
