A Decatur man broke into a woman’s house and proceeded to threaten her life and strangle her. After midnight on September 28th, Steven McClennon was in the woman’s house when she returned home. He then took the woman’s phone and broke it. He then began punching and strangling the woman while threatening her life.
He was arrested October 30th and faces charges of aggravated domestic battery, home invasion, unlawful restraint, theft and violation of parole.
