Charles Gardner, the man who has been accused of the murder of Cody Drew, has plead not guilty to the charge.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on October 8th for first-degree murder.
Gardner was previously jailed for his role in a shooting in 1993. He was charged with attempted murder and was paroled in 2017 before being arrested again in March of this year.
