An employee who robbed the Decatur IHOP back in 2017 was arrested this week. Jeremy Lemmer was caught on surveillance entering the office of the manager and leaving soon after.
A manager noticed that after depositing money, the totals did not add up. When she opened the safe the next day, all of the money was missing. Lemmer will now face charges of theft, direct criminal contempt and driving on a suspended license.
