A man on trial for double homicide has plead not guilty to nine counts against him.
Kwantrevis Richardson is accused of shooting and bludgeoning Michael Roberts-Mathenia and Johnathan Ballance to death. Richardson had been broken up with when he went to Roberts-Mathenia’s residence and attacked the two. He then picked up his ex-girlfriend and returned to the scene where Roberts-Mathenia was still alive, struggling to breathe. There will be over 25 witnesses and nearly 50 items of evidence though out the case, which is ongoing
