A man wanted for aggravated kidnapping in Chicago barricaded himself inside his semi truck after getting it stuck. The incident took place on U.S. 51 in Mclean County.
After hours of trying to negotiate with the suspect, police knocked out a window and pepper sprayed the suspect and then arrested him. The kidnapping victim was not in the semi with the driver.
