Decatur heroin dealer sentenced to 30 years

A Decatur man who was involved in dealing heroin has been sentenced to 30 years in jail.  Wednesday James Jones was sentenced for delivering nearly 20 grams of heroin.  Jones was on parole for a 2006 conviction related to dealing drugs when he was caught dealing heroin in the Best Buy parking lot in December of 2016.  Jones is also involved in a case where a private detective was caught performing oral sex on him in Macon County Jail.
