A man has been arrested after revealing himself to traffic on Water Street as well as Main Street. When confronted, he gave the police a clearly fake name – Michael Jackson.
Police were made aware of the man when a passerby noticed the man on Main Street and later on Water. The driver was later able to identify the 42-year-old man. He eventually left the area but was soon after taken into custody where he gave his real name. As it turns out, this wasn’t his first time. The man had three prior convictions that stemmed from indecent exposure or public indecency.
His charges include: public indecency, public indecency within 500 feet of a school, obstructing identification and resisting police. The man was released after posting $7,500 bail.
