A man in Decatur was shot in the knee Monday on East Condit Street when a bullet went through the wall of his house. The man was sitting in a reclining chair. His injury is not life-threatening.
A person who called police said they saw a man in the area around 5 feet tall running northbound and shooting a pistol over his shoulder as he ran away.
