Decatur authorities have identified a man who was shot Sunday on N. Morgan Street. Corey Laster was taken to the emergency room at Decatur Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Laster was shot in the back and the gunshot caused massive internal damage. Decatur Police are investigating the homicide
