An Urbana man shot another man with a stun gun while at an IGA in Mahomet.
Jerry Rambo was with his girlfriend and two children when a man Rambo knew entered the store. The two then bumped shoulders and Rambo pulled out a stun gun, fired it, and shocked the man a number of times. The man who was stunned did not have any serious injuries.
Rambo stated the other man initiated the confrontation. He is charged with aggravated battery.
