Bradley Jenkins, the man charged with third-degree domestic assault in connection with the death of his wife Allissa Martin, has had charges against him dropped.
Officials say this is because there is a 90-day timeline for indictment once charges are filed. Evidence from the medical examiner and police have yet to be acquired. Once evidence is acquired, officials plan on refiling the charges.
Martin fell to her death at the Stadium East parking garage after a Cardinals game in June. Her cell phone was found still recording and the video showed Jenkins and Martin arguing before her fall.
