Antwone Clemmons Jr. and the woman were in an argument back on June 28th when Clemmons reportedly threw juice on the woman and followed up by punching her multiple times. After that, he pulled the wig off and proceeded to pour lighter fluid on it and then lit it on fire.
Officers noticed the woman had juice on her shirt, scratches and bruises on her arm. They also noticed the aroma of burnt hair as well as ashes on the ground when they arrived.
Clemmons bail is set at $5,000. He has been charged with domestic battery, arson and theft from a person.
