An 18-year-old Decatur man was airlifted to Springfield after being shot Monday night.
The victim, who is male, was shot in the back while riding as a passenger near East John’s Avenue. First responders were on the scene at 7:45 Monday night. The victim’s injuries are reportedly not life threatening. There have been no arrests made.
