A 47-year-old Mt. Zion man was arrested Sunday morning after he threatened people with a gun after doing burnouts in his car. Police were called to Westside Drive from a reported complaint of a man doing burnouts. The man got into an argument with onlookers and then held a handgun out the window and harassed those watching.
A photo taken of the man’s car led police to his address. The man holds a valid concealed carry permit.
He is now scheduled for arraignment on September 13th.
