Boody house fire still being investigated

An investigation continues into a mysterious fire that burned down a house in Boody in September of 2018.  The fire was serious enough that first responders closed route 48.  The owner believed the fire was set on purpose.  The Macon County Sheriffs office and the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s office are continuing their investigations.
