The superintendent of Meridian who recently resigned is now under investigation. Daniel Brue turned in a resignation letter on July 26th and apologized for “putting the district in a poor light”.
It’s still unknown why he is being investigated, but the sheriff’s office has confirmed that they are currently checking into the situation. The Meridian board is currently working to fill the vacant position.
