Harristown has experienced a major water leak on Western Avenue by the water tower. Starting at 8 a.m. Thursday August 1, residents south of Western Apartments and two blocks of West Main will be without water until the leak is repaired. The same residents are on a boil order until 5 p.m. on Monday August 5.
The village will be on Decatur water all day on Thursday August 1. There will be no boil order necessary for the rest of the village.
