The body of a 27-year-old woman was discovered in an alley in Taylorville early this morning. The Taylorville Police Department say they do not suspect foul play in the woman’s death.
Police officers and firefighters were called just before 7 a.m. after there were reports of an unresponsive woman lying in the alley of W. First Street and W. Maple Street. Fire department workers confirmed the woman was deceased at the scene.
