Decatur Police are looking for a man accused of aggravated animal cruelty after he failed to appear for a pretrial hearing.
21-year-old Dalton Skinner faces the charge after police found a pit bull in his home’s bathroom in a tub containing blood droplets and urine. Police found Skinner shaking and with blood on his hands. The dog also had a rope around its neck, a hole on top of its head and an eye that was swollen shut.
