The man accused of shooting and killing Fulton County Deputy Troy Chisum in now being charged with murder. Nathan Woodring made his first court appearance yesterday. Woodring could face a minimum of 20 years behind bars if convicted of first-degree murder. Chisum was shot while responding to a batter and disturbance call earlier this week. Woodring was arrested on Wednesday after a nearly 20-hour long standoff with police.
