Illinois fighting back against new federal health care regulations

Illinois is now in the fight against new federal health care regulations.  The rules state that hospitals and other clinics that receive federal funding must abide by federal laws and protect religious rights.  Illinois is joined by nearly two dozen other states in a lawsuit over these rules.  Their argument is that they allow providers to deny services that conflict with their beliefs.
