Surveillance Video Shows Who Started the Fight Between Two Women

A video Shows a fight between two women from Decatur in an apartment, on the 300 block of East Center st. One woman (53 years of age) and the other 24. After Police arrived to the scene, they noticed the 24 year old had swelling round her eye, a lump on her head and lacerations to her face. The older woman only had a few scratches on her face.Police determined after watching surveillance video that the older woman bumped the younger woman with her chest multiple times initiating the fight. The 53 year old now faces preliminary charges of aggravated battery inflicting great body harm. The woman was taken to Macon County Jail where she later posted $5,000 bond.
