1905 Brewing Company in Assumption Suffers Devastating Fire

The 1905 Brewing Company located in Assumption, suffered a devastating fire to the 301 s chestnut st location. Fire officials at this time are not sure what started the fire, but a investigation will follow in the short days to come. The owners of the company went to social media to express their thanks to the Assumption, Pana and Moweaqua fire departments for all their hard work , in keeping  the fire from spreading to near by homes and businesses. The owners at this time have no timeline of when or if a new building could be built on the property as they feel it is to early to tell.
