Man Exposed Himself to Postal Carrier

Decatur Police say a man exposed himself to a U.S Postal Service Carrier Thursday. The incident was reported around 3:30pm while the Postal Carrier was on her route. She said a man in a black hoodie exposed himself to her on the 2000 block of North Graceland Avenue. The man has not yet been indentifed and police have started an investigation.
