34 Year Old Decatur Man Suspected Of Record Underage Girl In Shower

A 34 year old Decatur man faces a preliminary charge of unauthorized video recording, of a victim under the age of 18. Police say the child was getting ready to take a shower when she noticed a cell phone in a shoe. Worse yet police say she then noticed the phone was recording video. Police questioned the suspect and he admitted to placing the phone in the shoe but says the phone must have accidentally started recording on its own. The 34 year old man is be held at the Macon County Jail.
