ABANDON HOUSE FIRE IN ARGENTA

Argenta fire department had their hands full as an abandoned house was in flames. Six other town’s fire departments came to assist, in what may have been a case of arson. Arson Has not been ruled out as the house has been abandoned for 8yrs. Fire Chief Cory White said that he didn’t want to take any extra risks, so they stood back awhile and made sure the house fire didn’t spread. The Chief said he did this as to not risk any injuries to his personnel. With the aid of the other 6 fire departments, they eventually got the fire under control and put out.
