Driver facing preliminary dui charges

A driver is facing preliminary DUI charges after the FATAL ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION TEAM were called out to a two vehicle crash . One of the vehicles is thought to have turned over at least one time . Both vehicles were traveling down Illinois 105 East bound before the collision occurred .The woman riding in the vehicle is pregnant and the SUV rolled over at least one time . Both the driver and his pregnant passenger were sent to Decatur Memorial Hospital. The driver of the rolled over SUV was said to have life threating injuries, the pregnant passenger was not as seriously injured as the man driving. The man under the preliminary DUI charges did not seek medical treatment.
