He lined a two-run homer in the ninth inning to complete the cycle in Boston’s playoff win over the Yankees in New York. Holt had a single and a two-run triple in a seven-run fourth inning, and doubled home a run in the eighth. He finished 4-for-6 with five RBI.

(Cumberland, GA) — The Dodgers are headed back to the National League Championship Series. They beat the Braves 6-2 in Game Four of their NL Division Series in Atlanta to advance. David Freese’s two-run, pinch-hit single put LA ahead 3-2 in the sixth and Manny Machado hit a three-run homer in the seventh. LA will play the Brewers in the NLCS starting Friday in Milwaukee.
