(Chicago, IL) — The NBA Draft is tonight in Brooklyn. The Bulls have the seventh overall pick. They’ve been linked to variety of players, including Missouri’s Michael Porter Jr., Texas’ Mo Bamba, Kentucky’s Kevin Knox and Villanova’s Mikal Bridges. Multiple reports also have the Bulls trying to potentially move up. Chicago later has the 22nd overall pick in the first round.

(Brooklyn, NY) — Eight-time All-Star center Dwight Howard is on the move again. Multiple outlets report the Charlotte Hornets have agreed to trade the 32-year-old to the Brooklyn Nets for center Timofey Mozgov and two second-round draft picks. Howard will join his fourth team in as many seasons. The deal can’t be official until July 6th.

(Philadelphia, PA) — Yadier [[ YAH-dee-air ]] Molina belted a pair of home runs, but it wasn’t enough as the Cardinals lost 4-3 at Philadelphia. A solo homer by Odubel Herrera in the seventh inning lifted the Phillies to victory. Sam Tuivailala served up the homer and took the loss as St. Louis dropped two-of-three.

(Philadelphia, PA) — Cardinals starting pitcher Michael Wacha is dealing with an oblique strain. He left his start against the Phillies yesterday in the fourth inning and is scheduled to have an MRI today. Wacha gave up six hits and three runs, but just one earned, in three-and-two-thirds innings in a no-decision.

(Chicago, IL) — Jon Lester allowed five hits over seven shutout innings as the Cubs blanked the Dodgers 4-0 at Wrigley Field. Kyle Schwarber homered and Javier Baez had three hits and scored twice. The Cubs are 42-and-29, percentage points ahead of the Brewers in the NL Central. They play at Cincinnati tonight.

(Cleveland, OH) — Jose Ramirez and Jason Kipnis belted three-run homers as the Indians clobbered the White Sox 12-0 in Cleveland. Reynaldo Lopez fell to 2-and-5 with the loss for Chicago. The Southsiders were swept in the three-game series and have dropped seven in-a-row overall.

(Las Vegas, NV) — Devils winger Taylor Hall is the NHL’s Most Valuable Player. He received the Hart Memorial Trophy at last night’s annual NHL Awards in Las Vegas. Golden Knights head coach Gerard Gallant took home the Jack Adams Award for Coach of the Year. Vegas general manager George McPhee was named GM of the Year.

(Omaha, NE) — Florida and Texas Tech clash tonight in an elimination game at the College World Series in Omaha. The winner advances to face Arkansas, while the loser goes home. Arkansas beat Texas Tech 7-4 on Wednesday and Oregon State eliminated North Carolina with an 11-6 win. First pitch tonight is at 8 o’clock Eastern.
