Those Speakers included members of the International Club at St. Teresa High School, representatives from Macon County probation’s office, church representatives, as well as Alida Graham, the board president for the Old King’s Orchard Community Center. Jeanelle Norman, president of the NAACP Decatur Branch, said they also hope to take several busloads of students to a March 24th rally in Washington DC started by survivors of the recent Florida school shooting.
