(Lincoln, IL) — Illinois is looking at a double-barreled blast of winter. The National Weather Service is posting both a Winter Weather Advisory and a Wind Chill Advisory for pretty much the entire state over the next day and a half. The Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until noon today, the Wind Chill Advisory starts later this evening and will stay in effect until noon tomorrow. Forecasters say parts of Illinois could see as much as two inches of snow, then see wind chills as cold as 30 degrees below zero.
