(Lincoln, IL) — A central Illinois man is heading to prison for three decades for selling the heroin that killed a Lincoln man. A Logan County judge on Tuesday sentenced Dustin Miller to 30-years in prison, the maximum sentence, for Clint Clark’s 2016 overdose death. The judge told Miller that he is giving him the maximum term to send a message to other drug dealers in central Illinois.
