The Vikings’ Dalvin Cook rushed for 127 yards in his NFL debut. Drew Brees passed for 291 yards and a touchdown for New Orleans in defeat.

(Glendale, AZ) — Cardinals running back and fantasy football star David Johnson is expected to miss an extended period of time with a wrist injury. He suffered a dislocated left wrist Sunday at Detroit and could be sidelined anywhere from eight-to-12 weeks. Johnson had over two-thousand yards from scrimmage and 20 total touchdowns last season.

(Indianapolis, IN) — Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is being ruled out for this Sunday’s home game against the Arizona Cardinals. Luck also missed the Colts’ 46-9 season-opening loss to the Rams in Los Angeles as he continues to recover from offseason shoulder surgery. Scott Tolzien started in Luck’s place against the Rams but was benched in favor of Jacoby Brissett. Head coach Chuck Pagano said Monday that they are currently evaluating the position.

Lance Lynn makes his 30th start of the season for St. Louis. He’s 10-and-7 with a 2.94 ERA. The Reds hand the ball to Robert Stephenson, who is 4-and-4 with a 5.15 ERA in 21 appearances.

(Cleveland, OH) — Make it 19 straight wins for the Indians. Cleveland extended its franchise-record winning streak with an 11-0 trouncing of the Tigers. The run is the longest in the majors since the A’s won 20 straight in 2002. Ace and AL Cy Young contender Corey Kluber is on the mound for the Tribe tonight.
