(Urbana, IL) — The math for the proposed University of Illinois football facility comes to about 26 million dollars per win. U of I Senior Associate Vice President Mike Bass says the school is looking to build a 79 million-dollar football center to give Illini football players the opportunity to win. The U of I hasn’t yet decided how it will pay for the facility, but it’s expected to be ready by 2019. The Illini went 3-9 last year, tied for the second-worst record in the Big Ten.
