Police in Decatur are investigating a pair of Thursday shootings that left two people injured.
The first incident happened around 2 p.m. at the intersection of Cantrell Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
A 29-year old woman riding in a car was hit. She was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The second shooting happened around 9:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Edward Street. A man at Decatur Memorial Hospital told police he was walking down the sidewalk when he heard shots ring out.
Police are still trying to figure out if the victims were targeted or if the shootings were random. No one is in custody.
