(Champaign, IL) — The University of Illinois is unveiling a new financial aid proposal. University President Tim Killeen announced a proposal yesterday that would provide 170-million-dollars in annual financial aid over the next five-years for Illinois high school grads. The goal of the program is to keep the state’s best students from attending college out-of-state.
