(St. Louis, MO) — The Rockies ran their winning streak to five games with a 3-1 victory over the Cardinals. Randal Grichuk’s pinch-hit RBI single accounted for the Redbirds’ only run. Jaime Garcia allowed all three runs in five frames to fall to 3-and-3.

(Milwaukee, WI) — Chase Anderson took a no-hitter into the eighth inning and the Brewers held on for a 4-2 win over the Cubs. Jason Heyward and Kris Bryant went deep for the Cubs, who have lost four of their last six. Kyle Hendricks yielded all four runs in five-and-a-third frames as he fell to 2-and-3. The second of the three-game series is tonight.

(Chicago, IL) — Evan Gattis hit a two-run homer in the top of the 11th and the Astros held on for a 6-5 win over the White Sox. Adam Eaton had an RBI double in the 11th, while Tyler Saladino’s sac-fly RBI in the ninth sent the game to extras. Jose Abreu smacked a solo shot for Chicago, which has dropped three straight. Matt Albers took the loss.

(Indianapolis, IN) — Colts quarterback Andrew Luck said Tuesday at OTAs that he has “no limitations” heading into the season. Luck participated in the team’s workouts during the second day of organized team activities. Luck didn’t miss a start during his first three seasons as a pro, but sat out nine games last season with injuries to his kidney, ribs and shoulder.
