(Washington, DC) -- It looks like Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. will not be returning to his duties on Capitol Hill. Sources tell the “Chicago Sun-Times,” that despite his landslide re-election last week, the 47-year-old Democrat’s continuing battle with bipolar disorder and the ongoing federal investigation against him are too much for him to bear. Jackson is said to be in plea talks with authorities regarding accusations that he used campaign money to furnish his home and buy a 40-thousand-dollar Rolex for a female friend. Politico.com reports Jackson may be seeking a disability package.
