(Decatur, IL) -- A 23-year-old Decatur woman is escaping jail time after pleading guilty to having a sexual relationship with a teenage neighbor. Robin Vogel was given two years probation for criminal sexual abuse and child endangerment charges for her misgivings with a 16-year-old boy. Vogel was arrested in August in connection with the tryst, then again the following week after she and her children were found living in squalor at a home in Harristown.
