(Charleston, IL) -- A Charleston man will be wearing an orange jumpsuit for the next 18 months following his sentencing in a drug distribution case. Thirty-four-year-old Eric Miller was found with 20 pounds of pot inside his home. He took a deal where he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of possession of cannabis with the intent to distribute instead of going to trial for his initial, more serious charges which could have sent him up the river for at least six years. Miller will also have to pay more than 16-thousand-dollars in fines.
