Olympian Holds Seminar In Conjunction With Taekwondo Tourney

(Decatur, IL) -- There’s a special sparring seminar being held this evening in conjunction with the big Taekwondo tournament. It’s being held at Sharp’s Taekwondo at Hickory Point Mall. The seminar runs from 6 to 7:30. For a 40-dollar fee, participants will receive instruction on warm-ups, stretching, kicking, motion, situation drills and ring management. Abdallah began competing as a nine-year-old, eventually becoming a Junior Olympic champion before winning the silver in Taekwondo in Athens.
